Kalel Mullings is a 6-foot-2, 233-pound running back from West Roxbury, Massachusetts, who attended Michigan before being drafted by the Titans in the sixth round (188th overall) in 2025. Mullings played five seasons at Michigan (2020–24), initially competing as a linebacker before transitioning to running back in his junior year. During his final season in 2024, he appeared in 12 games with four starts and led the team with 948 rushing yards on 185 carries and 12 touchdowns, earning All-Big Ten honors and the team's Offensive Player of the Year award.
