JC Latham is a right tackle for the Tennessee Titans after being selected seventh overall in the 2024 NFL Draft from Alabama. The 6-foot-6-inch lineman started every game as a rookie at left tackle, becoming the first Titans rookie to start at that position in Week 1 since 2005. Latham enters his third NFL season having lost 33 pounds during the offseason, targeting a playing weight near 325 pounds. At Alabama, he compiled 27 consecutive starts at right tackle with only four sacks allowed across his college career and 60 knockdown blocks.
