The 5-foot-10-inch, 185-pound native of Rochester, Illinois, played four seasons at Illinois from 2022 to 2025. Over his college career, Beatty appeared in 50 games with 10 starts, recording 105 receptions for 1,248 yards and four receiving touchdowns while returning 38 punts for 531 yards with a touchdown.
