Carnell Tate is a 6'2", 192-pound left receiver drafted by the Tennessee Titans with the fourth overall pick in 2026. The Chicago native played three seasons at Ohio State from 2023–25, appearing in 39 games with 27 starts. He recorded 121 receptions for 1,872 yards and 14 touchdowns across his college career. As a junior in 2025, Tate caught 51 passes for 875 yards with nine touchdowns and was named first-team All-Big Ten and first-team Academic All-American. He earned second-team All-American honors from four major organizations.
