Gunnar Helm is a tight end for the Tennessee Titans after being selected 120th overall in 2025. The 6'5", 250-pound Texas product appeared in 54 games across four seasons with the Longhorns, recording 79 receptions for 1,022 yards and nine touchdowns. In his senior year, Helm posted 60 catches for 786 yards and seven scores while earning Second Team All-SEC honors and John Mackey Award semifinalist recognition. During his first NFL season in 2025, Helm caught 44 passes for 357 yards and two touchdowns across 55 targets.
