Jason Llewellyn is a 6'5", 255-pound tight end from Aledo, Texas who transferred to Texas Tech after two seasons at Oklahoma. At Aledo High School, he caught 30 passes for 452 yards and seven touchdowns as a senior, earning first-team All-District and All-State honors. As a Sooner, he appeared in 13 games across two seasons in reserve and special-teams roles. In his first year with the Red Raiders in 2024, Llewellyn played in 12 games as a reserve tight end and on special teams. During the 2025 season, he appeared in all 14 games, serving as the team's deep snapper on punt coverage with no failed attempts while handling 97 offensive snaps, including 68 on running plays, and seeing usage in heavy sets for run-blocking.
