Jett Carpenter is a 6'3", 250-pound tight end who transferred to Texas Tech for the 2026 season. The Medford, Oregon native played five seasons at Eastern Washington (2021-24) before spending 2025 at Nevada, where he led the Wolf Pack with 35 receptions and 374 receiving yards while making 11 starts in all 12 games. Across his collegiate career, Carpenter has appeared in 35 games with 22 starts, recording 48 catches for 448 yards and four touchdowns. A medical hardship waiver grants him one remaining season of eligibility as a Red Raider, marking his seventh year as a collegiate student-athlete.
