Rich Belin is a quarterback for Syracuse from Harlem, NY who attended Cardinal Hayes High School. The three-star recruit threw for over 2,000 yards with 20 touchdowns and four interceptions as a senior while also rushing for 790 yards and 15 scores. He accumulated 100 total touchdowns across his high school career, won the 2023 New York State Championship, and earned two All-State selections and two captain designations.
