Cole Denson is a running back from Rye, New York, who attends Duke University as a redshirt sophomore. At Rye Country Day School, he lettered four seasons in football and compiled over 2,600 rushing yards with 48 touchdowns across his final three seasons. He earned three all-league selections, two all-county honors, and two all-state recognitions, along with the school's athlete of the year award as a senior. Denson also lettered four years each in basketball and track and field. At Duke, he has appeared in two games, including contests against Syracuse and Arizona State in the Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl, totaling eight snaps through two seasons. He earned D-Squad Player of the Year honors twice as a scout team contributor.
