Andrew Mukuba is a free safety from Harare, Zimbabwe who immigrated to Austin, Texas at age 9. He starred at Lyndon B. Johnson High School, where he won District Offensive Player of the Year in 2020 and recorded 6 interceptions on defense. Mukuba began his college career at Clemson (2021–23), earning Freshman All-American honors and ACC Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2021 after registering 54 tackles and 1.0 sack in 13 games. He finished his college tenure at Texas in 2024, earning third-team All-SEC honors with 69 tackles, 5 interceptions, and 4 tackles for loss in 15 games as the Longhorns reached the SEC Championship and CFP Semifinal. Philadelphia selected Mukuba in the second round (64th overall) of the 2025 NFL Draft. In his rookie season, he recorded 2 interceptions, 3 passes defended, and 0.5 sacks.
