Originally a safety at Cornell before transitioning to linebacker, Hunt became the first Houston Christian alum drafted by an NFL team when Philadelphia selected him 94th overall in the 2024 draft. In his 2024 rookie season, he appeared in 16 regular-season games, recording 17 tackles and 1.5 sacks across 241 defensive snaps.
