Quinyon Mitchell is a left cornerback for the Philadelphia Eagles who was selected 22nd overall in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft. The Toledo product became the first player from his school drafted in the opening round since Dan Williams in 1993. During his 2024 rookie season, Mitchell started all 16 regular season games, recording 46 tackles and 12 pass deflections. He registered 2 interceptions and 4 pass deflections across four playoff contests, including a postseason interception against Jordan Love that sealed the NFC Wild Card victory over Green Bay. Mitchell ranks 3rd among NFL cornerbacks in yards allowed per coverage snap and was a finalist for the 2024 Associated Press Defensive Rookie of the Year award.
