Bio

Tyler Shough, a 6'5" quarterback from Chandler, Arizona, was selected by New Orleans in the second round (40th overall) of the 2025 NFL Draft out of Louisville. After appearing in limited action early in the season, Shough assumed the starting role in Week Nine and recorded 221 completions on 327 attempts for 2,384 passing yards with ten touchdowns and a 91.3 passer rating. He also carried 45 times for 186 yards and three rushing touchdowns. In his inaugural season, Shough finished with five starts won and ranked among rookie quarterbacks in multiple statistical categories, including a 103.3 third-down passer rating. Entering his second season with the Saints, Shough continues his development under head coach Kellen Moore.
