Henry Byrd is a left guard from Nashville, Tennessee, who played college football at Princeton. Byrd was signed by Denver as an undrafted free agent and has spent time with Minnesota and San Francisco since entering the league. He recorded All-Ivy First Team honors in 2021 and 2022, and was named Phil Steele First-Team All-Ivy in 2022. At Princeton, Byrd started all 10 games in 2021 on an offensive line that anchored an offense ranking first in the Ivy League in scoring and second in passing offense. He spent the 2023 and 2024 seasons on the Vikings practice squad, with a brief stint on San Francisco's practice squad in November 2023.
