Matt Gay is a placekicker from Orem, Utah, who played college football at Utah and Utah Valley. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers selected him in the fifth round (145th overall) of the 2019 NFL Draft. Gay has spent time with the Buccaneers (2019), Los Angeles Rams (2020–22), Indianapolis Colts (2023–24), and San Francisco 49ers (2025) before joining the Las Vegas Raiders for the 2026 season. Over his seven-year career, he has appeared in 102 games, connecting on 182 of 216 field goal attempts (84.3 percent) and 232 of 240 extra points (96.7 percent).
