Matt Gay, a 6'0", 232-pound placekicker from Orem, Utah, was selected by Tampa Bay in the fifth round (145th overall) of the 2019 NFL Draft. He spent two years at the University of Utah, where he made 56 of 65 field goal attempts and all 85 extra points across 27 games. Gay has played for five NFL teams: the Buccaneers (2019), Rams (2020–22), Colts (2023–24), Commanders (2025), and 49ers (2025).
