Ian Thomas is a 6'3", 260-pound tight end entering his ninth NFL season after spending his first seven (2018–24) with the Carolina Panthers. Selected 101st overall in the 2018 draft, Thomas recorded 36 receptions for 333 yards and two touchdowns as a rookie, the most receiving yards by a Panthers rookie tight end. Over seven seasons in Carolina, he appeared in 99 games with 54 starts and totaled 119 receptions for 1,096 yards and four touchdowns. Thomas signed with the Las Vegas Raiders as an unrestricted free agent on March 25, 2025. In 2025, he recorded 13 receptions for 114 yards across 13 targets.
