Bio

Justin Shorter is a 6'4", 228-pound wide receiver from Monmouth Junction, New Jersey, who played college football at Penn State (2018-19) and Florida (2020-22). He recorded 110 receptions for 1,552 yards and eight touchdowns across 48 career games. Selected 150th overall in the fifth round of the 2023 NFL Draft by Buffalo, Shorter spent his rookie season on the Reserve/Injured List. He was waived by the Bills in August 2024, then signed to the Raiders practice squad before joining their active roster in November. In his second season with Las Vegas, he appeared in 10 games in 2024, primarily on special teams. Shorter currently enters his fourth NFL season on the injured reserve.
