AJ Marks is a true freshman defensive back for Wake Forest from Detroit, MI. The 5'11", 185-pound prospect attended IMG Academy, where he earned defensive player of the year honors in consecutive years. As a senior, Marks recorded four interceptions, two pick-sixes, 33 tackles, six tackles for loss, eleven pass breakups, two sacks and two kick return touchdowns across nine games. He also led IMG to a 9-0 record that season. Marks has played multiple secondary positions including corner, nickel and free safety, along with returning duties throughout his high school career.
