Aiden Daugherty is a kicker from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where he was a four-year varsity starter at Oak Grove High School under head coach Rob Creason. As a senior, he made six of nine field goal attempts and 67 of 69 PATs, with his longest field goal reaching 49 yards, earning all-state, all-region and all-conference recognition. During his junior year, Daugherty completed nine of 13 field goal attempts and 38 of 40 PATs while garnering all-region and all-conference honors. The redshirt sophomore did not see game action in 2024 or 2025 at Virginia Tech and is pursuing a computer science degree.
