Malcolm Simmons is a 6'0", 180-pound wide receiver from Montgomery, Alabama, who transferred to Texas Tech after two seasons at Auburn. The consensus four-star recruit appeared in 24 games for the Tigers, including nine starts, recording 65 receptions for 908 yards and five touchdowns while adding 55 rushing yards and another score. As a sophomore in 2025, Simmons caught 25 passes for 457 yards and two touchdowns across all 12 games, including back-to-back 140-plus yard performances against Mercer (149 yards, one touchdown) and Alabama (143 yards, one touchdown).
