Bryson Jones is a 6'3" wide receiver from Frisco, Texas, who attended Lone Star High School. A four-star recruit in the 2025 class, Jones chose Texas Tech over multiple Power Four programs. In his true freshman season during 2025, he appeared in five games as a backup at the Z position, recording five receptions for 76 yards and two touchdowns. He caught a 13-yard touchdown pass against Arkansas-Pine Bluff on August 30 and a 38-yard touchdown reception versus Kent State the following week. Jones also had two catches for 13 yards in Big 12 play against UCF on November 15.
