Cooper Stevens is a tight end for Sam Houston standing 6'2" and weighing 235 pounds. The Cypress, Texas native was a two-time first-team all-district selection at Cy Fair High School, where he also competed in track and field and earned three Academic All-District honors. He redshirted during the 2024 season. In 2025, Stevens appeared in 7 games, primarily on special teams, with 5 of those contests in CUSA play. He returns as a redshirt sophomore.
