Joey Quinn is a 6'6", 255-pound true freshman defensive end from Chicago, Illinois who joined Oklahoma State in summer 2026. At Mount Carmel High School under coach Jordan Lynch, Quinn earned recruiting services recognition as the No. 34 overall prospect in Illinois. Originally a tight end, he transitioned to defensive end and also competed in baseball and basketball. As a senior, he was part of his school's fourth consecutive state championship team. Quinn selected the Cowboys from offers including Cincinnati, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, Louisville, Minnesota, Missouri, Purdue, and Vanderbilt. From Mount Carmel · Chicago, IL.
