Billy Walton III, a 6'3" right defensive end from Dallas, Texas, transfers to Oklahoma State as a redshirt junior. He began his college career at Texas in 2023, appearing in two games while redshirting and playing in victories over Wyoming and Baylor. Walton moved to SMU, where he appeared in nine games as a freshman in 2024, recording 11 tackles with six solo stops. In 2025, his sophomore season, he appeared in all 13 games and made six tackles with two solo stops, adding two sacks tied for fifth on the team. At South Oak Cliff High School, he was a two-time all-district honoree and two-time state championship member, compiling 102 total tackles as a senior along with 18 sacks and two interceptions, one returned for a touchdown.
