Jacob Wrbanek is a linebacker from Maple Grove, Minnesota, who attends North Dakota State University as a true freshman. At Maple Grove High School, he started for two years and earned three letters under coach Adam Spurrell, serving as team captain. He was named all-conference first team in both 2023 and 2024, received conference defensive MVP honors, and was a finalist for Minnesota's "Mr. Football" award. Wrbanek also competed in basketball, track, golf, and wrestling, and was recognized as academic all-state in football. His high school teams compiled a 33-3 combined record with two state championships. He is currently redshirting for the Bison and majoring in finance. From Maple Grove HS · Maple Grove, MN.
