Damian Devine is a linebacker for North Dakota State at 6'3" and 230 pounds. The St. Paul, Minnesota native from Academy of Holy Angels was a three-year starter and four-year letterwinner who played multiple positions including linebacker, safety, quarterback, running back, wide receiver, and punter. He finished his high school career with 148 tackles, 21 tackles for loss, and three interceptions while accumulating 2,417 all-purpose yards and 35 touchdowns. Devine earned Defensive Back of the Year in 2023 and MVP in 2024 and was selected to the Minnesota all-star game. As a redshirt freshman in 2025, he appeared in two regular-season games and recorded two solo tackles in the victory over St. Thomas.
