Tre Miller is a nickelback for the North Carolina Tar Heels. The 5'10", 180-pound defensive back from Birmingham, Alabama, attended Deer Creek High School in Oklahoma, where he was ranked as the No. 56 cornerback nationally by national outlets. Miller arrived at North Carolina in 2023 as a three-star prospect and appeared in five games that season, recording one tackle against Campbell. In his redshirt freshman year (2024), he logged a career-high two tackles at Virginia and recorded his first seasonal tackle in the Charlotte home-opener. Miller recorded 13 total tackles and 10 solo tackles in 2025 and returns as a redshirt junior.
