Kenton Dopson III is a left cornerback for the North Carolina Tar Heels from Miami, Florida, where he attended Miami Norland High School. During his senior season in 10 games, Dopson recorded 59 tackles, six interceptions, and 28 pass breakups. He earned Max Preps All-America honors and helped lead Miami Norland to a state championship as a freshman. A two-sport athlete, Dopson also competed in track. The 6'0", 190-pound true freshman is a four-star recruit rated 127th in the 2026 class.
