Coleman Bryson is a free safety from Waynesville, NC who attended Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School. A consensus three-star recruit in the 2022 class, Bryson spent three seasons at Minnesota before transferring to North Carolina. During his 2024 redshirt sophomore year with the Gophers, he appeared in all 13 games and recorded 20 tackles, including 14 solo. In his 2025 redshirt junior season at Carolina, Bryson appeared in all 12 games with 11 solo tackles and six assisted tackles while adding two pass breakups. He recorded at least one tackle in 10 of the team's 12 contests.
