Luke Moga is a quarterback from Phoenix, Arizona, who attended Sunnyslope High School before joining Oregon. As a high school senior, he threw for 1,883 yards and 23 touchdowns while rushing for 657 yards and 12 touchdowns. He redshirted during his freshman season in 2024. In his redshirt freshman year (2025), Moga appeared in three games for the Ducks. He completed 3 of 5 passes for 58 yards and rushed three times for 49 yards across those contests, including a 25-yard run against Montana State and a 22-yard rush against Oklahoma State. Moga is currently a redshirt sophomore transfer to New Mexico.
