John Sierra is a defensive end for the New Mexico Lobos who stands 6'2" and weighs 237 pounds. The true freshman from Las Cruces, New Mexico, attended Centennial High School, where he recorded 65 tackles and 3.5 sacks as a senior while playing outside linebacker. He forced a fumble, recovered three fumbles, and registered an interception, earning First Team All-District and First Team All-State 6A honors from the NMAA.
