Darren Agu, a 6'6" edge rusher from London, England, transferred to New Mexico after three seasons at Vanderbilt. As a freshman in 2022, he appeared in 11 games and recorded 14 tackles plus a sack against Elon. He started five of 10 games in 2023, compiling 16 tackles with one for loss and a fumble recovery. After redshirting in 2024, Agu played 11 games in 2025 with one start, posting 30 total tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, and a forced fumble.
