Rylan Vann is a 6'1", 285-pound center for NC State from Cary, North Carolina. He enrolled in June 2022 and redshirted his freshman season. As a redshirt freshman in 2023, he appeared in one game with four snaps at center against VMI. In 2024, his redshirt sophomore year, Vann saw action in two contests, recording six snaps versus Tennessee and six versus LaTech. At Cary High School, he started at center and compiled 44 tackles, seven tackles for loss, and 1.5 sacks as a senior on the defensive line. He was the first commitment in NC State's 2022 recruiting class.
