Gabe Weaver is a tight end for the Minnesota Golden Gophers. The 6'5", 240-pound freshman from St. Louis, Missouri attended MICDS, where he wore No. 10 and was coached by Matt Irvin. At his high school, Weaver earned All-State and All-Conference honors, along with First Team All-Metro recognition as a senior. He helped lead MICDS to two district championships and maintained All-Academic State status with honor roll placement each semester. A consensus three-star recruit, he was ranked No. 12 in Missouri by both recruiting services and No. 50 nationally at tight end by recruiting services. Weaver also competed in basketball and track. He is the son of Todd and Sara Weaver and has two brothers, Dom and Nick.
