Kaden Helms is a tight end who transferred to Minnesota in January 2026 after four seasons at Oklahoma. The 6'4", 235-pound redshirt senior from Bellevue, Nebraska was a four-star recruit out of Bellevue West High School, where he had 51 receptions for 944 yards and 11 touchdowns as a senior. At Oklahoma, Helms appeared in 21 games over 2022–25, recording eight catches for 58 yards and two touchdowns. In 2025, he played in 10 games with five receptions for 35 yards and one touchdown.
