Caleb Butler is an inside linebacker for Georgia Southern at 6'1" and 235 pounds. A native of Brunswick, Georgia, Butler attended Brunswick County High School, where he earned first-team all-region honors as a senior with 98 tackles and was ranked the No. 181 linebacker nationally by recruiting services. He redshirted in 2025 after appearing in five games on special teams, accumulating 48 plays across contests against Maine, Southern Miss, Georgia State, Arkansas State, and App State in the Birmingham Bowl. Butler returns for the 2026 season as a redshirt freshman.
