Nigel Eldridge Jr. is a 6'2", 260-pound outside linebacker for Georgia Southern. The Jacksonville native attended Beachside High School, where he recorded 234 rushing yards and four scores as a senior while averaging 11.2 yards per carry. Defensively, he posted 30+ tackles with over 10 for loss and 10 sacks. During his redshirt freshman season in 2025-26, Eldridge appeared in four games and logged 26 special teams snaps, including five plays in the win over Coastal Carolina and eight in the Birmingham Bowl victory against App State. He earned Honor Roll recognition in the fall.
