Isaac Guerendo is a running back for the San Francisco 49ers who was selected in the fourth round (129th overall) of the 2024 NFL Draft. The 6'0", 225-pound back recorded a 4.33-second 40-yard dash at the 2024 NFL Combine, the fastest among running backs. Guerendo played college football at Wisconsin (2018–2022) and Louisville (2023), appearing in 40 games with 231 carries for 1,392 yards and 17 touchdowns. As a rookie in 2024, he appeared in 16 games with 3 starts, registering 84 carries for 420 yards and 4 touchdowns, along with 15 receptions for 152 yards.
