Tyrice Knight is a 6'0", 235-pound weakside linebacker from Lakeland, FL, who attended Texas-El Paso and Independence Community College. Seattle selected him in the fourth round (118th overall) of the 2024 draft. In 2024, he assumed starting responsibilities mid-season and led the team in tackles on three occasions, recording 12 tackles at Arizona on December 8. During the 2025 season, Knight compiled 34 solo tackles, 20 assist tackles, 6 tackles for loss, and 2 sacks while starting four of 16 regular-season games and appearing in all three postseason contests. On November 9 against Arizona, he forced two sacks that resulted in fumbles recovered by DeMarcus Lawrence for touchdowns. Entering his third season with Seattle, Knight holds a four-year contract with the Seahawks.
