Karson Sharar is a 6'2", 231-pound linebacker for the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals selected him with the 183rd overall pick in 2026. Sharar played five seasons at Iowa (2021–25), appearing in 48 games with 13 starts and recording 104 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, and 4.0 sacks. In 2025, his first season as a full-time starter, he appeared in all 13 games and led Iowa with 83 tackles and 12 tackles for loss, which ranked eighth in the Big Ten. He also contributed 545 snaps on special teams during his college career.
