Karl Brooks is a 6'3", 300-pound left defensive end for the Green Bay Packers. Selected 179th overall in the sixth round of the 2023 draft from Bowling Green, Brooks started all 52 games across five college seasons (2018–22) and recorded 27½ career sacks, ranking third in program history. In his 2023 rookie season, he appeared in all 17 games with 20 tackles, four sacks, and two fumble recoveries. During the 2024 season, Brooks played in all 17 games, posting career highs of 24 tackles and three fumble recoveries while adding 3½ sacks, six quarterback hits, and two passes defensed. He was the only NFL player in 2024 to record multiple fumble recoveries, a forced fumble, and a blocked kick.
