Isaiah Neyor is a 6'4", 220-pound right wideout from Fort Worth, Texas, who played college football at Wyoming (2019–21), Texas (2022–23), and Nebraska (2024). Originally signed by San Francisco as an undrafted free agent in May 2025, he was released on August 4 before joining the Green Bay Packers on August 6. In his final college season, Neyor appeared in 12 games with nine starts for Nebraska, recording 455 receiving yards on 34 receptions and five touchdowns. During his 2021 campaign at Wyoming, he earned second-team All-Mountain West honors, leading the conference with 19.95 yards per catch and 12 receiving touchdowns.
