Jahmyr Gibbs is a 5'9", 200-pound running back from Dalton, Georgia, who played college football at Georgia Tech and Alabama before being selected 12th overall by Detroit in the 2023 NFL Draft. In his 2025 season, he recorded 243 carries for 1,223 rushing yards with 13 touchdowns, adding 77 receptions for 616 receiving yards and five touchdown catches. Gibbs has earned back-to-back Pro Bowl selections in his first two seasons, joining Barry Sanders and Billy Sims as the only Lions running backs to achieve that honor. He enters his fourth season with the Lions carrying a four-year contract.
