Bryan Anger, a punter from California, was selected 70th overall in the 2012 NFL Draft by Jacksonville. He spent four seasons with the Jaguars (2012-15), followed by three years in Tampa Bay (2016-18) and two in Houston (2019-20) before signing with Dallas in April 2021. Over his 14-year career, Anger has punted 784 times for a 46.6-yard gross average and 41.2-yard net average, with 283 punts downed inside the 20 and a long of 83 yards. In 2021, his first Dallas season, he led the NFL with a 44.6 net average and a club record. He signed a three-year contract with the Cowboys in 2022 and posted a 48.4 gross average on 68 punts that season, tying his personal best.
