Demontrey Jacobs is a 6'6", 315-pound right tackle from Gonzales, LA, who began his college career at Grambling State in 2017 before transferring to South Florida for his final three seasons. Originally signed by Denver as an undrafted rookie free agent on 5/12/23, Jacobs spent 2023 on the Broncos practice squad. He joined the New England Patriots on 8/28/24 and started 13-of-15 games in 2024, including 11 starts at RT and 2 at LT. Jacobs signed with the Arizona Cardinals practice squad on 8/28/25 and was promoted to the active roster on 9/23/25, appearing in five games for Arizona in the 2025 season. He enters his fourth professional season with the Cardinals.
