Originally signed by Denver as an undrafted rookie free agent on 5/12/23, Jacobs spent 2023 on the Broncos practice squad. He joined the New England Patriots on 8/28/24 and started 13-of-15 games in 2024, including 11 starts at RT and 2 at LT.
