Luke Emmerich is a safety for the Wisconsin Badgers who stands 6'2" and weighs 200 pounds. The Monticello, Minnesota native was a three-star recruit in the 2025 class with a rating of 0.8794 and ranked 659th overall. During his senior year in high school, he recorded 80 tackles and eight interceptions while earning district defensive back of the year honors. He was also named the No. 1 safety prospect in Minnesota and received district special teams player of the year recognition as a junior. Emmerich did not see game action during the 2025 season as a freshman and is returning for 2026.
