Tobi Haastrup is a 6'3", 255-pound defensive end from London, England, who attended Mayde Creek High School in Texas. He did not play football until his senior year, having previously focused on soccer and track and field. At Mayde Creek, Haastrup recorded 48 total tackles, 20.0 tackles for loss, and nine sacks across his lone season. He notched at least one sack in five games, including four sacks against Fort Bend Travis in his debut. Haastrup played outside linebacker at Oregon in 2025 under Dan Lanning, appearing against Oklahoma State, Northwestern, and Oregon State. He currently transfers to West Virginia as a redshirt freshman.
