David Afogho is a redshirt junior defensive end from Boston, MA, who attended Catholic Memorial High School. He played for Bowling Green before transferring to West Virginia. At Catholic Memorial, Afogho was a team captain in 2022 and helped the program win state championships in 2021 and 2022, including a 12-0 season and victory at Gillette Stadium. During the 2025 season at Bowling Green, he started in 12 games, recording 37 tackles with 20 solo stops, 2.5 sacks, and five tackles for loss. He produced a season-high eight tackles against Eastern Michigan and notched a sack against Liberty.
