Simaj Hill is a cornerback from Philadelphia who attended St. Joseph's Prep under Coach Tim Roken. At the prep level, Hill was a member of two 6A state championship teams. During his senior season, he recorded 11 tackles including nine solo stops across four national-level games, was targeted 13 times with nine pass breakups, and allowed only two catches. He also participated in two defensive shutouts and a game in which his team gave up three points. As a junior, Hill helped St. Joseph's to an 11-2 record and the 6A state championship. Hill currently is a true freshman at West Virginia.
